|||||||||||||||
| As an NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) affiliated with the United Nations Department of Public Information, the WCA is in an ideal position to form productive partnerships with other non-governmental, governmental, and private sector organizations and foundations to achieve its mission. | |
| With the input of its board and members, the Council hopes to develop, organize and coordinate a variety of programs to further its mission, including the following: | |
| Working with other organizations to ensure the equal access of all people to complete health care, including chiropractic subluxation correction. | |
| Drafting model statutes to assure that qualified chiropractors are permitted to practice their profession legally and without political interference from adherents to other healing arts; | |
| Lobbying to ensure parity for chiropractic in all laws, military services and government health plans; | |
| Presenting chiropractic research to policy-makers so as to demonstrate the cost-effectiveness of natural, conservative, drug-free chiropractic care; and | |
| Stating the case for liberty, so that people are encouraged and empowered to take responsibility for their health and the health of their children, with particular regard to mandatory vaccines and other involuntary medical treatments. |
