The first chapter of "Chiropractic First" -- the
best-selling book which has already introduced thousands of Americans to chiropractic --
has been translated into Russian. The entire volume written by Terry A. Rondberg, D.C., is
scheduled to be translated and made available to the Russian public.
According to Matthew McCoy, D.C., who is currently serving as director of research at
the Regional Center for Chiropractic in Vladivostok, Russia, the book is generating
interest among the Russian doctors he works with. He notes that, after going over the
section of the book with Center Director Dr. Kirill Anisov, "we had an interesting
discussion about Wilk vs AMA, since they didn't know what that was. It clarified some
issues for them."
In the U.S., the book is available in major bookstores and via mail order from the
World Chiropractic Alliance. The substantial volume discount allowed to chiropractors has
made it possible for many of them to either sell or give copies of the books to current
and prospective patients.
