Why political medicine considers chiropractic a psychotic

THE OPEN SYSTEM -- A SUMMARY
The open system presupposes an intelligence in the universe. In the
human being, the open system differs principally in that it has a greater scope of
adaptational qualities than the closed system. This is based on the observation that in an
open system there is the added advantage of a greater intelligence guiding it than simply
the limited physical intelligence of the closed system.
This greater intelligence (innate intelligence) is responsible for creative,
unique, spontaneously innovative adaptation based on its scope of intelligence (which is
perfect) rather than acquired or learned information.
There is no collection of wastes, as in the closed system, leading to diseases
and a short life span. These wastes are dealt with in a creative manner. The life span of
the open system and its abilities to adapt to the environment are far greater than the
closed system that is controlled by limited physical laws.
My belief is that the vertebral subluxation complex interferes with and severely
limits the ability of innate intelligence to adapt the physical body to the challenges of
the environment, thus reducing the greater scope of expression of this greater (innate)
intelligence and forcing the open system to function as a closed system. Hence, the
scientific belief and proof that the human being is a closed system with all its
limitations and difficulties.
Further, my belief is that as the vertebral subluxation complex is diminished,
the open system functioning as a closed system due to the vertebral subluxation complex
becomes more of an open system expressing abilities unknown and unbelieved by
science/allopathy.
I also believe that because of the degenerative and permanent nature of VSC, it
will take generations of chiropractic wellness (once a week) care to insure that all
people are expressing 100% of the metaphysical (innate) intelligence they are endowed with
at conception.
Will this happen in my lifetime? Of course not. Can I prove that it will happen?
No. So, we have a vision, a far-reaching vision of a better world in some tomorrow off in
the far reaches of time.
You see, a vision does not manifest in one or two generations. That is a goal.
A vision is, of necessity, a very long term phenomenon. Certainly, allopathic interests in
medicine and chiropractic will read my comments as unscientific and bordering on lunacy.
Wait until they hear about the metaphysical "mental impulse" generated
by innate intelligence -- not the physical brain -- that flows through the brain and over
the nerves giving us a direct connection with the 100% perfection we call innate
intelligence.
So, let's hear it from the vitalists! You know, the non-entropics,
the non-allopaths, the non-atheists -- the vitalists! Ah, the vitalists. From the
beginning, they differ 180 degrees, from the non-vitalists. Not just a "tad"
different, not just a lot different, not just significantly different. No,
our vitalists differ 100%! They are antithetical to the non-vitalists.
My point is, the two cannot co-relate in the same world.
Non-vitalists totally accept, in their bone marrow, that the vitalists represent
all that is vile, insane, wrong and present to the world the highest level of quackery in
our profession.
To them, vitalism and vitalistic/innate intelligence/subluxation/spinal
adjustments only based chiropractic becomes an entity that must be eliminated from the
mass consciousness, from the libraries, from the media, from licensure, from clinical
practice -- from all things real (to them).
To be a vitalist is to be the focus of all these destructive forces arrayed
against us from the outside and from within our own profession. The vitalist
"doves" are being picked off left and right. The world of the vitalist is a
world of warriors, ever willing to do what is necessary, with or against all odds. Never
forget that.
To the allopath, these chiropractic vitalistic warriors -- from the leaders at
the top to the quiet, practicing doctors at the grass roots level -- must be eliminated,
subtly or with the biggest fanfare possible.
The chiropractic equivalent of ethnic cleansing is the cry of the non-vitalist.
Of course, you can expect them to camouflage this concept with almost
acceptable political psychobabble.
Too harsh? I don't think so.
(Fortunately, there are vitalistic political organizations within our
profession. Yet, there is one very strong visible non-vitalistic organization leading us,
in my opinion, to allopathic absorption. And I see that Dr. Terry Rondberg and The
Chiropractic Journal are the leading media forces within the vitalistic/innate
intelligence/subluxation/spinal adjustment only chiropractic team.)
The vitalist tells us there is an intelligence in the universe governing all
things. Now, as soon as you accept the presence of an intelligence in the universe, you
pre-suppose an open-ended construct, unlike the closed system (the entropic reality). I
assure you this is the core of both vitalistic and non-vitalistic realities.
The entropic reality embodies a closed system philosophy as reviewed earlier.
Remember, a closed system has adaptational qualities that are of the physical realm,
therefore limited to physical input and processing.
Look at immunity in the closed system for example. In the closed system, immune
responses are inherited and/or learned. This data is stored in the neurochemistry of the
physical brain.
Immune responses when confronted by an invasive "alien" force (a
pathogen, for instance) react from learned behavior. If it wasn't inherited or learned,
the immune system is not capable of adapting. It succumbs and the body, towns and cities,
even entire villages of people get sick or die. I would wager that with a belief system
like this the world would be full of sickness and disease and death. Hmmm.
The vitalistic construct, on the other hand, is based on what is called an
open-ended system, a system controlled by an intelligence larger than itself. It is
controlled by a metaphysical intelligence (innate intelligence) as opposed to the limited
physical intelligence of the closed- ended system.
(Dr. Joseph Flesia, known as the premier chiropractic "warrior,"
has become one of the most popular and sought-after speakers in the profession. As
president of Renaissance Seminars since 1977, he has helped thousands of doctors achieve
their goals by teaching them how to share the chiropractic message with countless
patients. His new seminar series presents completely new information and offers practical,
essential guidance to take chiropractors smoothly -- and successfully -- into the new
millennium. For more information call 800/525-3879.)
