Madeline Behrendt, D.C., an author and speaker committed to connecting
women to chiropractic and chiropractors to women has accepted a position
as an associate editor of the Journal of Vertebral Subluxation
Research.
Dr. Behrendt is Chair of the World Chiropractic Alliance Council on
Women's Health and has contributed to numerous print and electronic
chiropractic publications, including the Journal of Vertebral
Subluxation Research, The Chiropractic Journal, and
planetchiropractic.com.
In addition, Behrendt was part of a chiropractic panel that gave a
special presentation at the United Nations Conference on Women in 2001,
and has appeared on WebMd.

At the recent WCA Summit in Washington D.C., several members of the
Council on Women's Health committed to writing and submitting case studies
on women's health issues and Behrendt is organizing this effort along with
Council Vice Chair Dr. Leslie Bedell.
According to JVSR publisher Terry A. Rondberg, D.C., "Dr.

along comes someone willing to work to get it done."
Behrendt joins Drs. Mark Filippi, Dean Smith, Marcia Lancaster and
