Generating leads -- cost effectively

A Q&A with TNG's Max Day

QUESTION: You also have stated that you have a method for chiropractors to use this equipment outside their industry to earn additional revenue. Can you tell us how that works?

MAX DAY: "Generally, when our corporation sells equipment to businesses to help them generate new business, we have typically provided only the necessary solutions for their particular industry. Since I am a business owner, knowing the difficulties in cash flowing a business, I felt an obligation to provide more than industry specific solutions.

"Therefore, we developed a customized piece of equipment that comes pre-loaded with simple instructions on how to use the notification system for businesses within their local communities, which in turn has generated thousands of dollars per month in additional revenue for the businesses during the day."

QUESTION: What makes your company unique, and why should someone buy from you and not another company?

QUESTION: What kind of response is typical each time you use the system and how does that translate into new sales per month?

MAX DAY: "Since the system is so versatile, depending on the method you use, you will realize a one-to-ten percent response every time you turn it on. Obviously, the response rate will be determined by the number of contacts you make each day.

"To give an example, if you contact 200 people in an hour and receive a one percent response (which by the way is the lowest response we've ever received), you will have two people interested in talking to you about our product. Half of those interested should become customers on the low side.

"So, if you contact 4,000 people today and only one percent respond, you will have 40 people interested and 20 new sales. The other 20 you didn't sign up are people you couldn't reach when you initially called them back. Now, if you use our live/automated method, you can realize 10% very easily and this is what many business owners use in small markets."

QUESTION: Do chiropractors need any kind of equipment or special skills to use the system?

MAX DAY: "No. The system itself comes complete with everything they need to generate leads the first day. As far as special skills go, my young daughter can operate it. As a matter of fact, sometimes it's better if you have no skills at all. That way you won't be trying to re-invent the wheel when we've already field tested it and have proven in each case its success when used as we suggest."

QUESTION: Can interested D.C.s contact chiropractors who are using the system and talk with them prior to buying?

MAX DAY: "Absolutely. That's one of our strongest selling points and the reason we print their names and phone numbers in our promotional material. This allows potential clients to call their friends and get first hand information prior to calling us."

QUESTION: How long does it take to get the system from the time you speak with someone until it's installed at his or her home or business?

MAX DAY: "In a perfect world, one week. On the average, two weeks."
