April 2004

Legislative Day -- Final Reminder!

On Thursday, April 29, for the first time in history, three great organizations ‑‑ the World Chiropractic Alliance, International Chiropractors Association (ICA), and Federation of Straight Chiropractors and Organizations (FSCO) ‑‑ will gather together for a demonstration of chiropractic unity and influence.

Nearly 500 doctors are expected to attend the rally and luncheon, and presentations are planned by top government policy makers, including several well‑known Senators and Representatives. There will also be briefings on how to most effectively communicate with members of Congress.

The Joint Legislative Day 2004 will be held in the Gold Room of the Rayburn Building at the Capitol. Events will kick off at 8 a.m., with presentations scheduled all morning. Doctors will be able to meet and listen to the speakers between appointments with their legislators. A luncheon is planned for the early afternoon.

The Joint Legislative Day is open to ALL doctors and friends interested in making chiropractic history. You are not required to register for the World Chiropractic Alliance International Summit to participate in the Joint Legislative Day activities.

However, Summit seminars and events on April 30 and May 1 are open only to registered doctors and guests.
