Australian WCA holds major Summit event
The World Chiropractic
Alliance of Australia (WCA‑Aust) will hold a major seminar event focusing on
the theme "Technology Today," April 17 and 18, 2004 at the Sofitel in
Melbourne.
"This will be the most
innovative and exciting chiropractic seminar ever to occur in Australia,"
said Andrew Destro, WCA‑Aust CEO. In addition to an impressive lineup of
leading chiropractic speakers and coaches, the two‑day event will offer
presentations and demonstrations of leading technology in digital x‑rays,
digital file management, paperless office, corrective chiropractic equipment
and more. Kodak Corp. is sponsoring the technology presentations.
Among the speakers
scheduled to appear are:
*** Terry A. Rondberg,
D.C., president of the World Chiropractic Alliance, publisher of The
Chiropractic Journal, and author of several popular books on
chiropractic.
*** Dr. Ben Lerner,
author of the current No.2 on USA bestseller list "Body by God," and leader
of one of the most progressive and fast growing coaching programs in the
world.
*** Dr. Matt McCoy, a
founding member of the Council on Chiropractic Practice and editor of the
Journal of Vertebral Subluxation Research.
*** Dr. Mike Maggio,
who has conducted more than 600 workshops around the world, has one of the
largest practices in the USA and cares for many athletes, including
Olympians.
The event will be held
at the Sofitel Melbourne, which was voted the #1 Melbourne hotel in
Travel & Leisure Magazine's annual review of the "500 Greatest Hotels
and Resorts in the World."
Sofitel Melbourne is
located at the "Paris End" of Collins Street, near the Victorian
Parliament's magnificent Treasury Building. Just a short stroll from major
