Nikitow does it again with 'Certainty'

For the past two years, Dennis Nikitow, D.C., has brought "Certainty" back to chiropractors throughout the world with his most popular one‑day seminar, "Ultimate Certainty."

Dr. Nikitow is known for packing volumes of power‑packed strategies into his presentations ‑ information doctors can use immediately. "There is not one point that is diluted, surface material or just filling space," he states emphatically. "Every point in every strategy drives deep and creates huge practice shifts that are instantaneous, long lasting and build on one another."

Nikitow says that all doctors practice within the "six inches between their patient's ears." The success of his strategies comes from the communication system he developed. At the seminar, he explains how the mind works, how people make decisions how they learn and how they determine what is most valuable to them. This allows doctors to provide greater value to their patients ‑ and increase their patients' commitment to chiropractic.

According to Nikitow, the system is both so powerful and practical that 70% of people sign up their families for care after the second visit. He also shows doctors how to maximize commitment so they can virtually eliminate missed appointments and drop outs.

"I also reveal the formula for getting peopled to maintain their spines regularly as part of their family wellness," he promises.

During the 1980s‑1990s, Nikitow taught the popular "Cash Practice Seminar" and was known as the expert in establishing and converting to a cash practice. His new "Certainty" cash payment plans are increasing doctor's income two to three times that of any other program, he says.

"Doctors really value how easily my plans can be implemented regardless of which practice management program they belong to or even if their practice is still billing insurance," Nikitow states.

Mark Victor Hansen, co‑author of "Chicken Soup for the Soul" is a enthusiastic supporter of both cash practices, and Nikitow's program. "To stay alive and thrive in practice these days," he has said, "you have got to build and use the techniques and systems that Dr. Nikitow uses and teaches to run a vastly profitable cash practice."

Each part of the system is designed to mesh with the communication strategies to enhance each other and strengthen the patient's belief and commitment about using chiropractic for family wellness. Specific details of communication are covered during the first‑day history, exam, second‑day report of findings, payment plan presentation, re‑exams, adjustment dialogue and new patient strategies.

Doctors are taught a "fast‑track" to systematic adjusting that blends with any technique and yields predictable results they can see on X‑ray, Nikitow says. In addition, they are given a 10‑page, step‑by‑step technique manual, and a "Home Study Course" so they can study and incorporate Nikitow's system at their own pace. The Course include a wide variety of tools, including audio tapes, videos, posters, repositioning pamphlets, and detailed strategies for building high‑retention, family‑wellness practices. "It is one of the most successful practice building tools in chiropractic and is recommended by the profession's top consultants and coaches," Nikitow explains.

Those who attend his seminar often sing high praises. Nikitow proudly shares a typical testimonial, in which a doctor said: "Only Dr. Nikitow can teach a seminar in one day that other consultants would do over four days and Dr. Nikitow gives four times the information which is useable in your practice the next week. He walks the talk."

Nikitow has practiced chiropractic for 25 years and has trained more than 20,000 D.C.s. Many of the largest, most successful practices in the world use his patient repositioning products and strategies and his contributions have played a major part in the paradigm shift to subluxation‑based, wellness practices.

He mission has been -- and remains ‑‑ to get a chiropractor on every family's "health care team." To reach this goal, he has worked with Dr. C.J. Mertz from Waiting List Practice and Michael and Cory Gelman of Domino's Pizza franchise to develop and introduce the "Chiropractic U.S.A." franchise.

While his accomplishments are many, he says his greatest is his relationship with his wife Sandi and their six children, and that "all of my success would not be possible without God in my life. The most important section of the Certainty seminar is the last section ‑‑ where I show how to balance your life, family, and practice, God's way."
