Foot Levelers donates over a quarter million in 2003
Foot Levelers, through
its grant programs, donated $275,000 in 2003 to State Associations,
chiropractic colleges, and to COCSA in the form of direct donations, cost
savings, and fund raising.
Another $11,500 was
donated to COCSA at the recent annual COCSA conference. As Foot Levelers'
President and CEO Kent Greenawalt presented the check to COCSA Executive
Director Janet Jordan, he said, "I'm proud to be able to give you this
check, and pleased to support COCSA. This organization works tirelessly in
unifying us and helping our states become better."
Jordan replied, "This
is unbelievable! This is by far the largest check we have ever received from
the Foot Levelers Grant Program, and we are thrilled that our state
associations have embraced it. We salute Kent Greenawalt and Foot Levelers
for their unselfish support of COCSA and the chiropractic profession."
The COCSA donation is a
direct result from Foot Levelers' Grant Program. This program offers many
complimentary services to help your state association grow. It provides all
or part of the funding for:
*** A nationally
recognized speaker, marketing, and PR services for the Association's annual
convention(s)
*** An annual donation
to COCSA from the member state association
Through its Educational
Division, Foot Levelers has established a growing Speaker Bureau from which
Foot Levelers sponsors high‑quality speakers versed in a wide‑range of
chiropractic topics. Almost all of the programs qualify for license‑renewal
credits.
"We have a great track
record of helping chiropractic associations and societies save money, put on
top quality educational programs, and providing quality, hands‑on learning
that is enjoyable," said Greenawalt. "It's a win‑win program that benefits
everyone involved."
