WCA board member writes book on marriage

Dr. John Warman of Prescott, Ariz., a member of the World Chiropractic Alliance International Board of Governors, and his wife, Yvette, collaborated to write a book for married couples. The book, "Proposal of a Lifetime" (available from Amazon.com or through www.warmanpuglishing.com) is a reference on how to handle situations that can either create problems, or lead to a happier and more enduring marriage.

"This book is not written from a clinical point of reference, but from real experience," the authors ‑‑ who have been married for 35 years ‑‑ explain.

The book contains personal and often humorous anecdotes from their own lives that reflect many of the common trials and joys experienced by many married people. The book is winning praise from numerous readers, including relationship experts like John Gray, PhD, author of "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus." He called the book a "lighthearted exploration of marriage injected with wisdom..."

The Warmans have been partners in their chiropractic clinic as well as in life. While Dr. Warman took care of patients, his wife administered the staff and clinics. Two of their three adult children became doctors, and the third is a playwright and choreographer.

Dr. Warman is presently working on a series of children's books called "The Bradshaw Hill Gang" and "Bert's Adventures."
