Parker Seminar kicks off Jan 11

An all‑star cast will headline the 2006 Parker Seminar scheduled to be held Jan. 11‑14, 2006 at the Las Vegas Hilton. Launching its year‑long "Leadership Is Contagious" initiative in Las Vegas, Parker Seminars will feature experts on leadership, personal development and professional success.

The 2006 Las Vegas seminar will kick off with a special presentation by Dr. Wayne Dyer. He will take attendees on a journey of inspired leadership lessons as he speaks on Inspiration ‑‑ Your Ultimate Calling. Dyer, called the "father of motivation" by his fans, is one of the most widely known and respected authorities in the field of self‑empowerment. He became a well‑known author with his bestselling book, "Your Erroneous Zones," and went on to write many other self‑help classics, including "Meditations for Manifesting," "Staying on the Path," "Your Sacred Self," "Everyday Wisdom" and "You'll See It When You Believe It."

Fabrizio Mancini, DC, president of Parker College of Chiropractic, will also be featured during the Wednesday evening session. Dr. Mancini will share how to implement the Parker Principles to make lasting changes in the effectiveness of contagious leadership during his presentation on "Chiropractic Philosophy Through Parker Principles."

Les Brown and Brian Tracy, both known for their expertise in leadership, human potential and peak performance, will speak on Jan. 12. Brown, an internationally recognized authority on human potential, will challenge attendees to take their leadership to levels never dreamed possible during his keynote address. He is the author of numerous books including "Live Your Dreams" and "It's Not Over Until You Win." Brown is well known to television audiences through his PBS specials, and was the host of the nationally syndicated Les Brown Show.

Known for his expertise in leadership, management and strategic planning, Brian Tracy will emphasize peak performance during his presentation, "Performing at Your Best." Tracy is chairman of Brian Tracy International, a human resource company with affiliates throughout America and in 31 countries worldwide. He addresses more than 250,000 men and women at a variety of companies including IBM, Arthur Andersen, McDonnell Douglas and The Million Dollar Round Table.

Author of "If Life Is A Game, These Are the Rules," Dr. Cherie Carter‑Scott will detail universal truths of "being human" during her Jan. 14 keynote address. Her book is used as a textbook at 100 universities and colleges throughout the United States and has been published in 30 countries. Carter‑Scott's corporate clients include American Express, State Farm Insurance, Burger King and Better Homes and Gardens magazine.

Classes designed specifically for chiropractic assistants will be offered, as well as classes for all attendees in the areas of Parker Procedures, Personal Development, Chiropractic Philosophy, Nutrition and Practice Building.

Approximately 250 different vendors will participate in the 2006 EXPO featuring the latest products, equipment, and resources for the chiropractic office.
