RCS wins IRB approval by Dr. David A. Jackson -- When RCS (Research &
Clinical Science) was recently awarded IRB approval, I proudly announced the
fact to a few colleagues. I was met with polite
but blank stares, and I was reminded once again how little we, as
chiropractors, know about the arcane world of research. |

"in good standing" as a non‑governmental organization. |

chiropractic study --
Legislation now making its way through the U.S. Congress contains a
major provision mandating an extensive study of the costs and most
importantly the offsets and cost savings to be found in implementing a
full, permanent and system‑wide chiropractic benefits program in the
U.S. military. |

was unseated as District IV director to the National Board of
Chiropractic Examiners' (NBCE) Board of Directors at its Annual Board and
State Delegates' Meeting in Montreal, Quebec, Canada,
on May 7. |

by the worldview of individuals and groups and these views shape
cultures as well as professions. Politics drive policy. And politicians
need the research and evidence to create and/or alter policy. Ignoring
