Dr. John Maltby elected ICA president
John Maltby, DC, was elected the president
of the International Chiropractors Association (ICA)
during the organization's annual meeting in April. Dr. Maltby is a graduate
of the Palmer College of Chiropractic and practices in
Blythe, California.
Maltby, who served as president of the ICA
of California and chair of the Programs Committee for the
ICA
Council on Applied Chiropractic Sciences has also been a consultant to
numerous chiropractors and companies for documentation and credentials
protocols and practices.
Also taking office was Dan Murphy, DC, who
was elected to his own term as vice‑president without opposition.. Dr.
Murphy was previously elected by the ICA Board of Directors as
vice‑president following the death of Fred Barge, DC.
The organization's selection for
secretary‑treasurer was Gary Walsemann, DC.
