Brican to handle Summit logistics

The WCA International Summit, scheduled for April 14‑16, 2005 in Washington, DC promises to be the best yet, thanks in great part to the professional meeting organization provided by Brican Corporation. Summit organizers decided for the first time to outsource the logistics of the unique event to the meeting planners at Brican and WCA is extremely grateful to the company for its help.

Brican and President Laurent Goldstein agreed to take on the event planning for no fee as part of their constant and valuable contributions to the chiropractic profession. WCA President Terry Rondberg, DC, stated recently that "Brican is one of those great companies that goes above and beyond when it comes to promoting chiropractic to the world."

Dr. Rondberg continued by saying, "if all chiropractors had the same enthusiasm and passion for what they do as Brican President Laurent Goldstein has about chiropractic, then our profession would effortlessly triple its patient base."

When Mr. Goldstein joined Brican in 1997, his knowledge of chiropractic was minimal. He had only been to a DC twice, and his understanding of chiropractic was limited to back pain. In the spring of 1998, he attended a Chiropractic Masters Seminar in Toronto, his first as an exhibitor for Brican. During the first seminar break, Goldstein saw chiropractors adjusting each other and their wives and children. He was amazed by the energy and enthusiasm generated so he decided to pay an extra fee to hear Drs. Chris Kent and Richard Santos. These two fantastic speakers instantly inspired and motivated him to spread the chiropractic message everywhere.

Today, Goldstein is acclaimed by many chiropractic organizations and colleges for his tireless work to advance the profession. The paradigm change in him came through Brican's product called Mediadoc and their "Path to Excellence" teleclass program. "Our goal is to bring the excitement of a Parker seminar into the chiropractic office," Goldstein explains.

The Brican Mediadoc system is the only system to use modern, digital technology to captivate patients with visual education while they're in the DC's practice. For a small investment in each patient visit, a practice can be transformed into an education center that adjusts patients to optimal health, rather than an adjusting center that educates. The system comes in two main configurations, which includes all hardware, software and several specialized features uniquely designed for chiropractors and CAs. Full information is available by browsing www.bricancorp.com.

Again, a sincere thank you to Brican and Laurent Goldstein, as well as their meeting planners and organizers, Chantal Long and Jennifer Unruh, for their invaluable help in planning April's WCA International Summit.
