Patient media magazine features report tools

The 16‑page "Report of Findings" issue of the New Patient Magazine features more than 35 tools used by chiropractors around the world to communicate chiropractic in visual terms patients understand. "It's probably the most important communication in a new patient's office experience," says William Esteb, creative director of Patient Media, Inc.

"'The 10 Most Common Report Mistakes' article is sure to hit a tender spot," Esteb observes. "Many chiropractors are still delivering the same report they did years ago when everyone had ample insurance coverage. But times have changed!"

Patient Media is the brainchild of chiropractic patient advocate Esteb. After selling his old company in 1999, he has created the next generation of patient communication tools.

"We help chiropractors connect with patients," he says. "Many patients politely nod during the report findings, but don't really understand the significance of what's been found or why they're going to need more care than what their policy pays for. We provide tools that bridge the gap."

The "Report of Findings" issue of the New Patient Magazine is being sent to all Patient Media customers. Anyone not on the mailing list may request a copy by calling 800‑486‑2337.
