Final 2005 T&R seminar in Denver

Herman Stoffels, DC, announced that the final "Test & Response" system seminar for 2005 will be held Nov. 18‑20 in Denver. Although the seminar provides intensive training in the system, the hands on demonstrations usually create the most excitement. "More than anything else, these demonstrations have convinced hundreds of doctors of the efficacy of T&R," Stoffels noted.

In 1974, Stoffels discovered that the body's own natural circulating energy fields interfered with the clarity of reflex testing methods. After lengthy experimentation, he found that a new dimension in body response could be realized by a few unusual but simple modifications in body and extremity positioning.

"With the patient lying in the T&R position, it is only necessary for the doctor to contact the segment of the patient's spine that is most intensely reactive and to perform this simple muscle test to witness the dramatic change in the patient's energy levels," Stoffels explains. "A contact with this most reactive spinal segment causes a loss of both the magnified strength of the T&R position and the normal strength of the body during the test, making a distinct demarcation between the strength and weakness from this test."

By applying the system to patients, he quickly demonstrated its benefits. "The scientific proof that the energy fields of the body hold an intrinsic relationship with the innate and with the fundamental subluxation complexes with which chiropractic has been involved, are being seen in practice," Stoffels notes.
