Opinions differ, tempers flare in California
Editor's note: Several
important issues have created controversy in California and recent media
reports have made the situation worse for those in leadership positions
within the state. During the past year, the World Chiropractic Alliance has
worked closely and productively with the two major California organizations,
as well as the newly appointed members of the Board of Chiropractic
Examiners, and have supported all parties involved in the valiant effort to
rid the old board of anti‑chiropractic and corrupt elements. We are
confident that all parties in California will soon be able to resolve their
differences and work cooperatively for the betterment of the profession and
the state. However, since other publications (chiropractic and mainstream)
have failed to report the events in an accurate and unbiased manner, The
Chiropractic Journal has agreed to publish the following articles
representing differing viewpoints on various issues.
