Is the chiropractic profession failing?

by Dr. Bruce Rhymer, Chirowealth

Do you sometimes find yourself overwhelmed with having to wear too many hats? Being a successful chiropractor today does require a multitude of skills and responsibilities.

You attended chiropractic college to become a healer and the skills you developed were concentrated on how to help others have a healthier, more productive life. Very little mention of running a successful business was covered in this educational process.

While certainly not an exhaustive list, chiropractors today are required to have skills in the following areas: marketing, patient education, billing, hiring, patient retention, time management, learning to build a strong team, leadership skills, effective packaging of health care plans, communication skills and philosophy.

Although the coaching profession was born to assist and enable the profession to prosper, the attrition rate is much too high. The profession as a whole is having great difficulty integrating and getting together to become a major force in how the world views health care. There is much too much bickering, fighting, envy and jealousy. Mainstream allopathic medicine controls the overall health care model and chiropractic is still a shadow in its wake.

In reality, the chiropractic profession represents a beacon of truth in an untrue world of pills and potions for every ailment. However, allopathic chiropractic has become all too common, with more and more chiropractors practicing symptom‑based medicine.

Bringing together the collective knowledge of the most successful chiropractors in the profession can renew and strengthen the true purpose of chiropractic and make it a lucrative and exciting profession for all chiropractors.

I've dedicated myself to attempting to liberate and give every chiropractor an opportunity to develop a highly lucrative practice and an inspired life. Some chiropractors are living the good life. Yet, the majority of the profession suffers from apathy, a low self‑image and a constant struggle to make ends meet.

The real mission of chiropractic is to release suffering and sickness from those who most need it and show them how to have a life of wholeness, wellness and good fortune. If the profession is also struggling and suffering, it will have a very difficult time expressing and bringing this wholeness to the overall populace.

But, all is not lost, for we have among us a handful of chiropractors who have highly developed talents and skills. These chiropractors have found valuable keys to operating highly successful practices that have brought them lives of affluence and personal freedom. Any chiropractor with the desire to succeed will now have the opportunity to emulate these success models and create the practice of their dreams.

To this end we at Chirowealth Learning Systems are seeking chiropractors who want to give back to the profession.

We want 50 exceptional chiropractors willing to contribute to a landmark project designed to accelerate the advancement of chiropractic in the world.

Chiropractic has made great strides towards becoming a universally accepted form of healing over the past 100 plus years. Now it is time to take it all the way. One key to bringing chiropractic fully into the new millennium is to raise the overall performance of all practitioners. As professionalism and quality of care improves, so will your income as there will be a far greater pool of educated and loyal patients to share.

Our mission

To accomplish this goal, Chirowealth Learning Systems is compiling a comprehensive manual designed to enhance and accelerate the potential and growth of the chiropractic profession. We are seeking at least 50 exceptional chiropractors who hold the evolved perspective that there is limitless potential in the industry and that by helping the profession and others in the profession they will help themselves.

Each chiropractor chosen for the project will have talents that stand out among their peers. Since no single chiropractor has maximized his or her potential in all areas, the manual will highlight a specific, highly developed skill for each chiropractor chosen.

All participating chiropractors will be asked to write individual chapters (4‑10 inspiration‑rich pages in length) to share their insights into the areas where they are most developed and accomplished.

The combined talents, traits, skills and characteristics of dozens of chiropractors will be professionally integrated and bound into a compelling and inspiring manual. Chirowealth Learning Systems will integrate at least seven modules related to the creation of personal wealth and weave these strategies into the appropriate sections of the manual

The Ultimate Learning System

The principles, techniques and ideas featured in the manual will, when internalized and implemented, enable any chiropractor who has the desire to complete the journey that leads to a highly lucrative and personally satisfying practice.

The manual will include an accompanying Action Guide as well as resources to contact that will enable the reader to expand on the subject covered in each chapter. Specific programmed action steps accompanying each chapter will allow anyone to adapt and use the ideas covered in each chapter. Cutting‑edge Spaced Repetition and Progressive Realization techniques will be incorporated to enhance and accelerate the learning process. Each chapter will be in printed form as well as on audio CD.
