SCU symposium to feature Jack LaLanne
Southern California
University of Health Sciences (SCU) has announced that fitness guru Jack
LaLanne will be featured as the keynote speaker at the first annual
Extravaganza Symposium on August 14-17, 2008 in Long Beach, Calif. He will
be introduced by his wife Elaine LaLanne.
LaLanne is a pioneer
who opened the first modern health spa in the United States in 1936, and in
1951, brought exercise to television. He and his wife Elaine speak all over
the world, inspiring people to help themselves to a better life, physically,
mentally, and morally.
The Extravaganza,
hosted by SCU, offers continuing education and focuses on advanced topics
specifically designed for all doctors of chiropractic, licensed
acupuncturists, and alternative healthcare providers. For more
