 | Life-West travels to Ghana -- Interns from Life Chiropractic College
West, supervised by Patti Gonzalez, DC, provided chiropractic care to
thousands of patients in Ghana over the course of two weeks earlier this
year. Visiting a military hospital, a park, two orphanages, and churches,
they saw up to 600 patients in one day. |
 | Technology means learning ... without
traveling -- Doctors of
chiropractic, more than most professionals, are known for continuing their
education through seminars and training programs. Over the decades, a cadre
of great chiropractic teachers has provided instruction in everything from
manipulation under anesthesia to the principles of D.D. Palmer. Classes have
been held on balmy Hawaiian beaches and Colorado mountaintops, in the
Australian outback and at the foot of the Alps. |
 | Life University hits home run building
character with athletics by Dr. Guy F. Riekeman, President, Life
University -- With my heart in my
throat, I couldn't yell as loud as the Life University alumni and fans
cheering our top-seeded Running Eagles in the Super League Rugby
Championships recently in Glendale, Colorado. Only 30 seconds stood on the
clock and Life was locked in a tie. We yelled louder but, in those final
seconds, the "W" went to the other team. |
